To enhance inclusive service delivery in public transport, SMRT Buses will train more frontline staff to help people with disabilities and dementia. It has signed a deal with five social service agencies, including the Agency for Integrated Care and the Alzheimer's Disease Association, on the exchange of information and expertise. The agencies will teach SMRT staff proper techniques such as guiding the visually impaired and helping wheelchair users.
